Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Raise funds to help find a cure for arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability. Run or walk a 5 kilometer route with your team members and celebrate the season by giving with the Ft Worth Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis on Dec. 6

Tie some bells onto your shoelaces and slip on your Santa hat — it’s time for the year’s 23rd Annual Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis on Dec. 6 at Burnett Park 501 W. 7th in downtown Ft. Worth. Activities begin at 2 p.m. with a festival, including contests for best costume, best dressed dog, and activities for the entire family.  The 1 Mile Reindeer Run starts at 4:30 p.m., with the 5K starting at 5 p.m. Register at www.fwjinglebellrun.org.

The event promotes awareness and raises funds to support arthritis research, community programs and advocacy initiatives that help improve the lives of people with arthritis.  The Ft. Worth Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis hasbeen ranked among the top 21 most incredible themed events in the nation, calling it the best race to “get into the holiday spirit.” 

The event raises awareness and funds to impact the fight against arthritis, which strikes 50 million adults and 300,000 children in the U.S. That also includes 3.9 million adults and 25,000 children across Texas who struggle every day with this serious health epidemic.
